In 3.5 years you will cover:

  • Basic training in skilled crafts: turning, milling, grinding
  • Construction and repair of punching and forming tools
  • Basic welding skills
  • Tool optimization
  • Production of templates, press molds, embossing dies, tools (pressure, injection molding, punching, and forming tools), and modular elements

Punching and forming mechanic : MY DREAM JOB

Stanz- und Umformmechaniker

In 3 years you will cover:

  • Basic skills training in metalworking
  • Production of components from sheet metal and wires
  • Setting up, starting, and loading machines with the required material (e.g., steel)
  • Monitoring the entire production process or production facility
  • Results monitoring for the manufactured parts
