In 4 years you will cover:

  • Manufacturing of company-specific plastic products
  • Production of composite fiber parts for the automotive sector and industry
  • Setting up, testing, and commissioning of machines and equipment according to specifications (RTM, injection molding equipment, mini autoclaves, presses, etc.)
  • Knowledge of raw and process materials:  properties, possible uses, and processing options
  • Knowledge relating to the manufacture of products and facilities in the areas of laminating, silicone casting, and vacuum infusion
  • Retouching, refining, and finishing of components up to the point of delivery
  • Selecting, processing, procuring, and checking required materials
  • Maintenance, repair, and correct storage of molds and tools
