Why fineblanking? :

  • Fineblanking, unlike conventional stamping, enables the production of components with smooth cutting surfaces free of tears and fractures
  • At the same time, complex geometries with minimal form and positional deviations can be achieved
  • In special applications, component geometry can be further optimized by an additional process step integrated into the fineblanking tool.
