System Components
- Bolts made from cold formed S235 (1.0038) set in concrete. Bolt can be set in concrete with all existing sleeper types.
- Clip-on spring, spring steel 54SiCr6. Spring can be installed with all common construction machines.
- Guide rail kept in position by the spring is made from PA 6.6. Guide rail is customized to standard B70 sleeper.
- Sleeper B70 "Mubea" without dowel hole. Geometric changes only in area of insertion plates. Can be produced with either instant and late demolding.
