Introduction

For more than 20 years, Mubea has been developing and manufacturing belt tensioners with vibration damping for accessory drives in car engines. Last year, continuous growth made Mubea the second largest manufacturer for belt tensioners in Europe. To meet the worldwide demands of our customers, we are operating two production sites: our Zebrak plant (Czech Republic) produces approx. 5.5 million tensioners annually and approx. 1.5 million units are produced in our Taicang (China) plant as well as Ramos (Mexico) ramping up in 2012.
