Basis

The basis for the outstanding quality of the Mubea products is the smooth interaction of the internal and customer oriented business processes.
By intensively supporting our customers and based on the established knowledge of the Mubea employees products and production processes are created, which do not only meet the current customer wishes, but also show the way into the future.
Both the high production depth and the employees trained by apprenticeship programs contribute to this.
We are also supported by our suppliers, with whom we develop material and products, which comply with all requirements.

At Mubea, the environmental idea is already considered during the product development phase, in which we show our customers the light weight potential for many products, in order to reduce fuel consumption. Our production equipment is on state-of-the art level worldwide and complies with and/or exceeds the legal environmental requirements.

Quality and environment 2010

Quality is a corporate commitment, i.e. the right things have to be done right in all areas. We must embrace the principles of continuous improvement of processes and products as well as a zero-defect mentality.

In the past, we proved that a failure quote < 10 ppm can be realized. For 2010, our aim is to reach such a quality level for all product groups. This requires a disciplined approach to optimize the current manufacturing processes by a systematic project management already in the development stage with regard to efficiency and stability.

Mubea products are already very environment-friendly due to their good recycling ability. Our aim to increase the realization of lightweight potentials supports the idea of environmental protection.
Nevertheless we have set a further corporate commitment to reduce energy consumption by 10% until 2010 in selected Mubea plants, in order to contribute to the protection of the natural resources.

High quality and environmental awareness pay off:

Mubea has emphasized on very high standards regarding its employees, processes, product quality, service and suppliers. This is illustrated by the numerous awards and certificates Mubea has received throughout the years. At Mubea, DIN EN ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 as well as ISO 14001 are standard certifications which are audited annually by accredited certification bodies.
