Primary Materials

The base materials for Mubea suspension coil springs are high quality wire rods drawn and inductively hardened in house to tensile strengths of up to 2,100 Mpa. By using the newly developed High Performance Material (HPM) steel, the fatigue strength under the influence of corrosion, the fracture strength and prestressing strength can once again be increased significantly.
